The Hosted Buyer Programme offers a structured, highly effective way for Buyers to meet with new and existing suppliers. The primary aim of the programme is for Exhibitors to access relevant Buyers, and match supplier’s wants with Buyer’s preferences.

Our team will organise a bespoke programme of hand-picked supplier meetings, relevant seminars and networking events to help fulfil participant needs.

This focused approach allows participants to get the most out of their time at the BEST and Infrastructure Shows, and achieve maximum return from attending.

All programme activities are managed by a dedicated team, and meetings are matched to participant requirements, organised on their behalf and completely free or charge for Buyers. Exhibitors are charged an arrangement fee for this service.
